Better Buzz Coffee Company seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume cafe planned for Tucson, AZ. You will train, hire, and coach the team, ensuring the Buzz Life guest experience and a consistently great drink.

This role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have 3 years of GM experience in a similar setting, open availability, and 3 years in Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior General Manager experience in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
• Open availability required.
• 3 years of Food & Beverage experience required.
• New location opening experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with hospitality, professionalism, and initiative.
• Ensure the Buzz Life experience is felt by guests and staff, with a great drink experience.
• Hire, train, motivate, and inspire others to create a better experience with every transaction.
• Drive overall hospitality inside the cafe and enforce brand standards.
• Drive sales and maintain a strong Yelp/Google score.
