Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Assistant General Managers, Lead Shift Supervisors, and Baristas to reflect Better Buzz culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.
• Manage cafe operations to meet financial targets, schedules, and labor costs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all locations.
• Partner with the District Manager on coaching, performance, and people strategy.
