Wellbore Integrity Solutions LLC is seeking a Tubular Coordinator in Oklahoma City (NAM) to manage tubular products, loading/unloading, inventory, and safety compliance on site. The role emphasizes equipment operation, documentation, and continuous improvement in a demanding field environment.

The candidate should bring a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification, and 1+ year in related work, with strong organizational and safety-focused mindset for long hours and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Experience with Drill Pipe and Downhole Tools preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience in related field.
• Must be willing to work long hours and be on call 24 hours/day.
• Knowledge of hand power tools, (i.e. grinders).
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent work ethic, demonstrated by a positive attitude and completing your work on time.
• Basic computer skills, MS Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies.
• Wears PPE as required & maintains HS&E & SQ certifications up-to-date.
• Operates forklift to load and unload trucks and racks with tubular products safely.
• Ensures loading/unloading areas are clear of personnel.
• Manages consumable inventory to keep supplies in stock.
• Operates and maintains thread protector cleaner, phosphate units, pipe cleaner, conveyors.
• Maintains safe storage areas for drill pipe and downhole tools.
• Performs risk analysis (e.g., HARC, JSA) before each job and addresses hazards.
