Job summary

(WIS) Wellbore Integrity Solutions is seeking a Rack Hand/Forklift operator in Oklahoma City to safely load/unload tubular products, coordinate with the yard, and uphold HS&E standards. You will conduct risk assessments, maintain equipment, and document activities for accurate billing and tracking.

Long hours and on-call readiness are required. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and hands-on technical work with drill pipe and downhole tools, along with basic computer skills to manage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Experience with Drill Pipe and Downhole Tools preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.
• Willing to work long hours and be on call 24 hours/day.
• Knowledge of hand power tools (grinders).
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies.
• Operates forklift to load and unload trucks and racks with tubular products.
• Ensures loading/unloading areas are free of personnel.
• Maintains storage areas for drill pipe and downhole tools.
• Performs risk analyses before each job and reports hazards.
• Completes required pre/post job documentation and job tickets on time.
• Supports continuous improvement projects.
• Develops technical knowledge through on-the-job training and certifications.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced staff.
