Job summary

Burnham Commercial in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Tuber for a full-time, union-hourly role. The position involves filing and reaming holes in boiler heads, inserting and securing tubes, and performing various tube-fitting operations. Hours are Monday–Friday, 6 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with power, hand, and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up boiler in preparation for tubing.
• File and ream holes in boiler heads as needed.
• Insert tubes through holes in boiler heads.
• Cut off excess length of tubes with a tube cutter.
• Clamp each tube in boiler head to prepare for rolling or flanging.
• Roll and flare tubes to fit tightly in heads.
