Job summary

U.S. Boiler Company, LLC in Lancaster, PA is seeking a 1st shift Boiler Assembler. This full-time, union-hourly role offers hours Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with two Saturday mornings per month. Training pay starts at $21.87/hour; after training, incentive pay is based on performance.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools to assemble boilers for residential use. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with hand and power tools

Responsibilities

• Assemble residential boilers on a team.
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly of components.
• Verify specifications by measuring and testing completed components.
• Maintain inventory and document actions as needed.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and support continuous improvement.
