Responsibilities include operating tubing production equipment, following process sheets, and maintaining traceable records. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to ensure quality and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred but not required.
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in tubing manufacturing, tubing prototype production, braiding operations, and cross-trained wire insulating ovens.
• Follow specifications, process sheets, and GMP.
• Utilize measuring equipment and approved gauging instruments to ensure products meet specifications.
• Document and maintain records for traceability, SPC, customer compliance, and quality assurance activities.
• Identify out-of-specification conditions and notify Quality personnel as required.
• Follow all Quality Assurance procedures and requirements.
• Adhere to safety procedures, housekeeping standards and PPE usage.
• Comply with environmental policies and procedures.
