Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma.
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic mechanical/electrical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform part inspections within specified frequency and process parameters.
• Set up and changeover production lines to produce type schedules.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain a clear and organized work area.
• Assist with job changeovers as needed.
• Maintain adequate raw material supply as required.
• Follow Terumo Quality System requirements (process controls, inspection procedures, documentation).
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on production processes.
• Participate in project performance team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
