Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in material planning, production coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience with automated scheduling systems (MRP/ERP).
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of schedulers and production coordinators to meet manifest targets and improve the Tube Shop.
• Provide daily visibility on schedule, shortages, and resource performance.
• Develop and maintain reports on product completion status and on-time performance.
• Perform schedule analysis on critical paths and variances to optimize deliveries.
• Partner with peers and leadership to mature planning systems and production floor.
