Qualifications

• Change out cut off jaws and refill oil levels.
• Document downtime to drive KPI tracking.
• Communicate effectively to ensure continuous flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate cut off equipment to ensure continuous operation during the shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area (5S).
• Cross-train team members on parts programming and mill setup.
• Perform TPM of process and equipment in the area.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities with department supervisor.
• Perform visual and manual quality checks of finished products.
• Minimize scrap.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues promptly.
