Job summary

PTC is seeking a Mill Cut-Off Operator to contribute to a safer, cleaner production line. You will monitor welds, assist with changeovers, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production records in a fast-paced steel tubing environment.

The role requires basic reading/writing, math and computer literacy, plus the ability to lift and handle materials. Training provided; shift flexibility expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write clear reports and instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate splicer and shear press under supervision.
• Monitor weld quality and correct defects per procedures.
• Record production data and complete paperwork.
• Assist in setup, changeovers, and material handling.
• Support safety and housekeeping to keep a clean operation.
