Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kinston, NC is seeking a senior Tub Seaming Line Operator to run and optimize tub seaming line machinery. You will troubleshoot advanced issues, lead quality assurance, and drive efficiency on the production line.

The role requires significant experience on tub lines, strong safety practices, and the ability to train junior operators. Shift is 4:00 pm–1:00 am, Monday to Thursday, with no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with tub line exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills (production systems, data entry, email).
• Ability to lead by example and communicate with team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tub seaming line equipment at advanced proficiency.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and calibrations to meet schedules.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues with maintenance coordination.
• Lead quality assurance to meet specifications and standards.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Train and mentor junior Tub Seaming Line Operators.
• Review production logs, batch records, and inspection reports.
• Enforce safety policies and participate in safety audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on new products.
• Serve as acting lead or backup supervisor when assigned.
