Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. consistently for eight hours.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math for reports and labels.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Hook up vats or tanks.
• Prepare lines by adjusting height, fill levels, heat settings and related components.
• Clean equipment and inspect labels and rails.
• Operate filling lines and monitor fill levels, batch codes, and boxing.
• Complete shift reports with product name, quantity, and date.
• Assist in training other associates as needed.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
• Enter data into the computer as needed.
• Ensure changeovers are efficient and lines stay clean and organized.
• Direct assigned line associates as required.
