Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN seeks a Finishing Tech- Operator II for the 4th shift to support production goals. This role bridges supervision and hands-on manufacturing, ensuring plans are executed, KPIs tracked, and safety and quality standards are met.

You will assist in material flow, line readiness, and cross-shift coordination, working with supervisors, schedulers, and engineers to keep production on schedule and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must read and write in English.
• Experience in finishing operations or similar environment.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisors in executing daily production plans and meeting schedule adherence.
• Ensure proper material flow, staging, and line readiness for production.
• Assist in coordinating activities across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
• Help resolve day-to-day operational issues impacting productivity and efficiency
