TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Tub Operator in Womelsdorf, PA for a full-time 3rd shift role. You will operate the tub-filling line safely, calibrate controls, monitor quality and production data, and ensure proper start-up and shut-down procedures.

The position emphasizes accuracy in data recording, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires alertness to quality issues, ability to read labels and codes, and proactive communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to keep up with a fast-moving conveyor line.
• Mental alertness to detect and respond to quality issues.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to read and identify words and numbers (labels, controls, codes).
• Strong team-player mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to promptly notify machine operators or the supervisor of production problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate tub-filling machine safely and efficiently.
• Calibrate programmable controls and monitor production output and quality.
• Prepare machine for start-up and shutdown ensuring safety readiness.
• Maintain correct weight control and product flow per quality standards.
• Record data and complete checks and paperwork accurately.
• Change film and date codes as required and verify information.
• Keep workstation clean and ensure proper machine shut-off and paperwork submission.
