You will prepare the Tub Machine for start-up and shutdown, verify safety and readiness, record data, change film and date codes when required, and maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift, including weight checks and safe shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Operate the tub-filling machine safely and efficiently.
• Calibrate programmable controls and monitor weight and product flow.
• Perform hourly metal-detection checks and complete required paperwork.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the tub line and report issues.
