TreeHouse Foods in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Tub Operator to safely and efficiently operate the tub-filling machine, calibrate controls, monitor output, and report data to management. Prepare start-up and shutdown, verify safety, set program and control settings, and ensure correct weight and flow.

You will perform metal-detection checks, record data, change film and date codes, keep a clean workstation, weigh tub waste, and file required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to keep up with a fast-moving conveyor line.
• Mental alertness to detect quality issues.
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the tub-filling machine safely and efficiently.
• Calibrate programmable controls and monitor production output, quality, and data.
• Prepare start-up and shutdown; verify safety and readiness.
• Perform hourly metal-detection checks and record data.
• Change film and date codes; verify date-code and best before information.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation; lubricate and inspect as needed.
• Weigh tub waste and ensure paperwork is complete.
