Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Filler Operator to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot aseptic filling equipment, ensuring product quality and production schedule adherence.

You will perform pre-operational checks, maintain GMP/FSMA compliance, and document production logs in real time while maintaining clean, aseptic conditions on the 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:00am), with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.
• Experience operating aseptic or high-speed filling equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and HACCP/FSMA standards.
• Able to read and interpret SOPs and production reports; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot aseptic filling equipment to ensure product quality and schedule compliance.
• Perform pre-operational and in-process checks (sterility verification, seal integrity, net weights).
• Adhere to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, FSMA; maintain PPE and plant safety protocols.
• Document production logs and quality checks in real time.
• Coordinate with downstream and upstream teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assist with training of new operators and minor maintenance tasks.
