Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in Washington, DC is seeking a highly experienced Technology Security & Foreign Disclosure Subject Matter Expert (TSFD SME) to support Navy submarine programs and international collaboration.

You will apply Foreign Disclosure Officer functions, conduct case-by-case reviews, maintain auditable records, and train Contact Officers to protect sensitive submarine technology.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Foreign Disclosure Experience.
• Active Department of War (DoW) security clearance at SECRET level or higher.
• Experience as Foreign Disclosure Officer or equivalent TSFD role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) functions.
• Review disclosures for foreign partners and maintain auditable records.
• Provide training to Contact Officers on TSFD policy and disclosure controls.
• Oversee Foreign Visits, Access, and Engagement to protect sensitive tech.
