Job summary

The Stone Collection is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its Fort Worth, TX facility. This role leads daily warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, loading, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with forklifts and heavy material handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems a plus.
• Natural stone or building materials experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Assign work based on orders, deliveries, and priorities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, and loading of stone products.
• Ensure products are stored safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Management.
• Promote a safety-first culture.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies (from context in the ad).
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment is inspected and operated safely.
• Maintain safety training and inspection records.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of the Fort Worth warehouse. This position provides hands-on leadership to warehouse employees and oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, loading, equipment use, facility organization, and daily workflow. The successful candidate will maintain high standards for safety, accountability, productivity, product handling, and customer service.

Warehouse Operations

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Assign work based on orders, deliveries, and priorities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, and loading of stone products.
• Ensure products are stored safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Management.

Safety and Compliance

• Promote a safety-first culture.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Conduct warehouse safety inspections.
• Ensure forklifts and lifting equipment are inspected and operated safely.
• Maintain safety training and inspection records.

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory bin locations.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and damaged material.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and entered into inventory systems.

Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Promote teamwork and accountability.

Customer Service

• Support customer slab viewings and material selection.
• Ensure customer orders are loaded accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
