Arcadia Stones is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing stone products while maintaining inventory accuracy and customer order readiness.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and courteous service. Training for forklift operation is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum one year of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
• Enter inventory transactions into company systems.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage locations.
• Pull, stage, package, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
