Job summary

The Stone Collection is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its Fort Worth, TX facility. This role leads daily warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, loading, and safety compliance.

The manager provides hands-on leadership to warehouse staff and ensures high standards of safety, productivity, and customer service. The successful candidate will coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Management, driving accuracy and

Qualifications

3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience with forklifts and heavy material handling.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems a plus.
Natural stone or building materials experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
Assign work based on orders, deliveries, and priorities.
Oversee receiving, storage, staging, and loading of stone products.
Ensure products are stored safely and accurately.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Management.
Promote a safety-first culture.
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies (from context in the ad).
Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment is inspected and operated safely.
Maintain safety training and inspection records.
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
