Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Deputy IDIQ Program Manager to support the full range of training and training-related services for the TSA. Location is Springfield, VA, with Secret clearance minimum and Top Secret+ preferred.

The role requires extensive experience managing large federal IDIQ contracts, a Master’s degree, and PMP certification, along with strong leadership and cross-functional coordination across Curriculum Development, Threat Mitigation, and FFDO support.

Qualifications

• 10 years of practical experience, including at least 2 years in managing a major program.
• Extensive experience with management of large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts in training/security.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting TSA training/security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IDIQ Manager in providing comprehensive management support across IDIQ task orders (Curriculum Development, Threat Mitigation, FFDO).
• Serve as designated Key Personnel requiring Government approval, and back up the IDIQ Manager for contract-level coordination.
• Support nationwide planning, scheduling, and personnel deployment to meet TSA training needs (TSOs, Explosives Experts).
• Coordinate collection of program data for Monthly Financial/Technical Summary Reports and inventory reports.
