Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, efficient work habits.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests for services and create work orders; dispatch to maintenance shops.
• Answer questions about timing and status of work and gather labor metrics.
• Perform data entry to CMMS and Work Order systems; verify labor hours and invoices.
• Monitor trades personnel availability and help enhance existing processes.
