Job summary

Legato, LLC is seeking Database Engineers at multiple labor category levels for positions in Annapolis Junction, MD. A TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required, with salary range $140,000–$200,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Oracle, Postgres, Mongo, and Redis.
• SQL proficiency and related tools (SQL Developer, etc.).
• Experience as a Database Engineer.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize databases and data storage.
• Create database parser software and loading software; translate requirements into queries.
• Develop data architectures, retention rules, and security controls for DB systems.
• Translate requirements into ad hoc queries, scripts, and macros; build complex data systems using ODBC.
• Support cloud-based database storage and retrieval using cloud methodologies.
