Job summary

Legato, LLC is seeking experienced Systems Engineers at multiple labor category levels for a role in Annapolis Junction, MD. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required, with a salary range of $190,000–$230,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, leading design and development activities, providing technical leadership, and developing system architecture and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 12 years total experience in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of experience as a systems engineer.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools.
• Agile framework experience (Scrum, etc.).
• Proficiency with SysML tools (Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody) or similar; INCOSE ASEP or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements development and traceability for system architectures and designs.
• Analyze requirements and guide design, development, and integration activities.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, designs, and technology.
• Develop and maintain system architecture, design, and test plans and documentation.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders on SE considerations and issues.

Bachelor's degree in a related field

In lieu of a bachelor's, 12 years total experience
