Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a VDI Engineer to tailor cutting‑edge solutions for our intelligence client. The role focuses on secure, scalable VDI design and end‑user experience across Springfield, VA or Arnold, MO.

You will architect VDI solutions, provide Tier 3/4 support, optimize desktops for interoperability, and maintain deep knowledge of VDI technologies. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years’ experience, and Citrix expertise. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
Experience providing engineering support for Citrix VDI products.
5+ years of experience with BS degree or equivalent education.
Progressive roles from Administrator to Senior Engineer.
Proficiency with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later, Citrix Provisioning Services, Machine Creation Services, Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops, Liquidware Profile Unity.
Experience with Hyper-V, VMware VDI.
Familiarity with HP AnyConnect and Leostream.

Responsibilities

Architect and design VDI solutions.
Provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators for resolving VDI issues.
Guide optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and act as liaison between VDI technologies.
Offer endpoint support on related tasks.
Maintain advanced knowledge of administration, engineering, and implementation of VDI technologies.
Operate across multiple complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.
Apply extensive technical expertise and knowledge of related disciplines.
Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions and make‑buy decisions.
