BryceTech LLC seeks an experienced Training Manager to support U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, California.

The role focuses on managing and coordinating training programs to develop workforce capabilities, align with mission requirements, and ensure personnel are prepared to execute mission needs. The position demands TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and 15+ years experience in HR/IT/cyber/training within a SCIF environment, plus strong coordination with

Qualifications

• Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; master’s degree desired.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR, IT/telecom, cybersecurity, training and development, or related areas, with experience in a SCIF environment; NRO, NSA, and/or NGA experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, coordination, and execution of training programs supporting Government and mission requirements.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability, knowledge, and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain training plans, curricula, lesson materials, instructor guides, job aids, schedules, and other training resources.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and Government stakeholders to ensure content aligns with mission requirements.
• Develop training communications, announcements, guidance, and other materials to support participation and program awareness.
• Monitor training participation, completion, and performance metrics; develop reports and dashboards.
