Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Personnel and Facilities Manager to provide senior-level support to U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, CA.

You will oversee secure mission infrastructure, personnel management, facility planning, space allocation, relocations, modernization, and sustainment activities. The ideal candidate has extensive DoD experience managing TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments, coordinating security accreditation, and aligning facilities with acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in DoD human resources, IT/telecom, facilities, or mission support.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, facilities, infrastructure, and operational requirements for Space Force missions.
• Coordinate space allocation, relocations, and facility modernization.
• Maintain accredited SCIFs/SAPFs and ensure security compliance for TS/SCI environments.
• Coordinate facility security accreditation and co-use approvals.
• Plan, design, build, renovate, and modernize secure facilities per ICD 705.
