Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Personnel and Facilities Manager to provide senior-level personnel, facilities, and operational support to U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, CA.

The role oversees secure mission infrastructure and facility operations while supporting personnel management, facility planning, space allocation, relocations, modernization, and sustainment activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive DoD experience managing TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments, coordinating

Qualifications

• DoD DoW TS/SCI clearance required (or eligibility) and experience in SCIF/SAPF environments.
• 15+ years in DoD HR/IT/Facilities or mission support with security-sensitive operations.
• Experience coordinating facility security accreditation and co-use approvals for TS/SCI SCIF/SAPF.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and sustain secure mission infrastructure and space planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, facilities, infrastructure, and operational requirements supporting Space Force mission organizations.
• Plan space allocation, relocations, and facility modernization activities.
• Maintain accredited SCIFs and SAPFs for government and contractor personnel.
• Coordinate security accreditation and ongoing compliance for TS/SCI SCIF/SAPF environments.
• Support design, construction, renovation, and modernization of secure facilities in line with ICD 705.
• Develop operational strategies aligning secure infrastructure with acquisition goals.
• Oversee high-availability networks, IT systems, and secure communications.
• Coordinate daily facility maintenance and space management activities.
• Lead Facilities Utilization Board (FUB) activities and HTSA coordination.
• Direct office relocations and long-term facility modernization efforts.
