Job summary

The Amatriot Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Test Engineer to verify and validate changes in an Agile environment, focusing on ServiceNow testing and ITIL workflows.

You will develop and execute test cases, support automated testing with ServiceNow ATF, and collaborate with development, configuration, and customer teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Clear TS/SCI clearance is required and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Experience with test data management and test automation.
• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration tools, and source control.
• Experience working in Agile software development and testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and execution in Agile/Scrum.
• Translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Develop test data, plans, and procedures; perform regression testing.
• Create and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow ATF.
• Support CI/CD, Jira documentation, and traceability activities.
• Prepare test reports; support UAT and customer demonstrations.
• Mentor junior testers as needed.
