Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to facilitate one or more Agile teams within a large-scale program. You will coach Scrum, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with Program Increment goals in a SAFe environment.

Required are a TS/SCI clearance, 8–12 years (or 6–10 with a Master’s) of relevant experience, and hands-on Jira experience. This is a full-time onsite role in Washington, DC, with mentorship of junior Scrum Masters and close collaboration with Product Owners and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 6–10 years.
• Experience as Scrum Master on a software development team.
• Experience using Jira for Agile project management.
• Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
• Security+ or equivalent/higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate self-organizing Agile teams to meet PI commitments.
• Lead SAFe and Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with ARTs.
• Support Product Owners and backlog alignment with PI objectives.
• Coach teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train junior Scrum Masters across projects.
