Qualifications

• Experience developing ServiceNow applications.
• Experience implementing best practices with accessibility standards.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira.
• Ability to propose value-driven recommendations improving UX/UI and delivery speed.
• Experience documenting web-based components and interfaces with databases and APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (GitHub/SVN).
• Experience in Tier 1–3 IT support and service management processes.
• Experience creating IT support documents (SOPs, workflows, knowledge bases).
• Experience with compliance or performance management applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and document code for SN software.
• Contribute to SN reference architecture and documentation.
• Support agile SN software implementation delivering features per priorities.
• Assist in security and development requirements for customer applications.
