Job summary
Tektora in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions. You will work with Product Owners, Systems Engineers and Software Developers to deliver secure, enterprise-scale platforms.
You will gather requirements, document them, and act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams, ensuring successful delivery from concept through deployment in a hybrid environment with up to one remote day per week.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
- Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical software requirements.
- Experience working with Agile software engineering teams.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Cloud platform knowledge, ideally AWS.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business workflows into technical solutions with stakeholders.
- Act as technical liaison between customers and engineering teams.
- Support sprint planning, execution, demonstrations and testing.
- Collaborate with Software and Systems Engineers throughout the lifecycle.
- Produce clear technical documentation and maintain artefacts.
- Facilitate Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.
- Present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.
