Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team. You will help design and implement next‑generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities to strengthen cyber operations and support government missions.

You will coordinate with government customers, analysts, and developers to ensure technical integrity, deliver architecture and design documentation, and present complex topics to executives and decision makers.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline with 8 years of systems engineering experience (4 years may be substituted).
• Active DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification or higher (e.g., CISSP, CASP+CE, CSSLP).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and deliver input to the systems engineering process.
• Develop system architecture, designs, and technical documentation.
• Interact with Government on SE considerations and issues.
• Oversee technical integrity of SE deliverables.
• Deliver briefings to Government and senior executives.
• Guide system development and test planning.
• Analyze complex information and resolve problems.
• Provide engineering guidance to staff and partners.
• Design and deliver engineering solutions.
