Job summary

Location-based pay ranges apply, and background checks and drug screens are required. Responsibilities include stakeholder interface, leading working groups, CONOP and architecture development, trade studies, risk monitoring, reporting, and rigorous test planning and verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in STEM with 4+ years of relevant experience may substitute for experience.
• Experience with CONOPS development, requirements development/sell-off, test planning, and/or test data review.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders and customers to understand needs and identify system solutions.
• Lead working group to host technical discussions and align on system solutions.
• Develop CONOPs and system architecture for new capabilities.
• Run trade studies to identify best options considering technical, cost, and schedule constraints.
• Monitor status and risk of capabilities in development.
• Communicate status and risk to stakeholders and customers regularly.
• Develop and mature new capabilities by interfacing with stakeholders and customers.
• Develop and execute system test plans; verify and validate complex systems; review test results and prepare briefing packages for customers.
• Perform requirement development and sell-off.
