Job summary

B4Corp is seeking a Systems Engineer aligned with a top-secret clearance to lead Agile Scrum activities within a customer IC environment. The role focuses on coordinating user stories, metrics generation, and cross-team communication to ensure on-time delivery of software assets.

Core hours are 9am–4pm, located in Bethesda, MD. Salary is up to $300,000 per year with a strong compensation package including 401k, phantom stock, comprehensive health benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field or Bachelor’s in business/management with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize user stories for implementation by team members.
• Provide KPI metrics and analysis to track software delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate communication across team to identify impediments and drive mitigation plans.
• Perform technical planning, system integration, testing and quality assurance.
• Work under supervision and manage project tasks in an Agile environment.
