Job summary

B4Corp seeks a Senior Software Engineer (TS/SCI with Polygraph) to join a high-security program in Bethesda, MD. You will develop Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Python, and cloud-based solutions within an Agile/SAFe DevOps environment.

The role requires strong software lifecycle expertise, testing, and collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to meet mission-critical customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript and Angular.
• Experience delivering in DevOps with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with SAFe development practices and Agile lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, Hibernate and Angular.
• Lead validation and testing using JUnit and automated tools like Katalon.
• Design, prototype and deploy cloud-based solutions in Commercial Cloud Platforms.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align User Stories.
• Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Document deployments and leverage GitFlow for version control.
• Communicate project data and maintain team cohesion.
