Job summary

CACI is seeking an Infrastructure/Systems Administrator to support multiple sites nationwide through remote assistance. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a bachelor's degree with at least three years' relevant experience. Proficiency with Windows desktop OS, Dell hardware, and MS Outlook is essential.

The position involves configuring desktops, networks, VOIP, printers, security, and incident management while maintaining SLAs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with poly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Windows desktop OS and Dell hardware.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
• Solid understanding of network communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Security Plus Certification already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy desktops; troubleshoot hardware.
• Install and troubleshoot end user apps and certificates.
• Repair and migrate data; apply and troubleshoot permissions.
• Document actions in trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
• Patch network ports, trace lines, install switches.
• Configure and maintain UPS devices; coordinate downtime.
• Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail, troubleshoot.
• Plan for user moves including connectivity, computers, and phones.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local security/badging systems.
• Assist other IT teams as needed; support unclassified and classified systems.
