Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or computer science field.
• Experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production systems align with DoDAF/SOA.
• Develop system and functional requirements and allocate to hardware, software, and personnel.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB, design, program, and test reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities.
• Allocate real-time process and error budgets to systems and subsystems.
• Generate alternative system concepts and architectures.
• Define methods and criteria to verify systems against requirements.
• Develop system design solutions satisfying requirements.
• Review WM/IB/IT work breakdown structures and master plan inputs.
• Develop SE documentation: SE Plans, ICs, Requirements Specs, Interfaces.
• Interface definition and changes across groups throughout the life cycle.
• Derive stakeholder needs and lower-level requirements.
• Establish definitions for systems/components under development.
• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance services and mechanisms.
