Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage functionality and efficiency of a group of computers across one or more operating systems.
• Maintain server and system integrity and security; set up admin/service accounts and document systems.
• Automate software deployments and packaging; troubleshoot VDI endpoints and virtual machines; document issues and solutions.
• Provide on-site support, customer interaction, and guidance to less experienced staff.
