Job summary

D2 Tech Services is seeking a Citrix Software Virtualization Engineer to support a mission-critical intelligence client in Arnold, MO or Springfield, VA. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and involves building virtualized packages for baseline applications, delivering both VDI sessions and thick clients, and ensuring secure, reliable application delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration/Virtualization.
3+ years of experience with VDI technologies, including VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and desktops, or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
2+ years of experience with Citrix XenApp or comparable application virtualization technology
8140.01M IAT Level II Certification
In-depth knowledge of virtualization products and capabilities

Responsibilities

Develop virtualization packages for mission baseline applications.
Applications will be consumed by both VDI sessions and thick clients.
Work with testers and mission SMEs to validate mission application behavior.
Identify automation opportunities for application sequencing and streamline sequencing process.
Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members.
