Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required for start.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant systems administration experience.
• Security+ CE certification highly preferred.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for provisioning and maintaining user accounts using identity tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex account issues and implement fixes.
• Ensure correct access permissions are provisioned with management and customers.
• Respond to outages, inquiries, and system related issues promptly.
• Conduct system analysis and support upgrades to align with evolving tech.
• Perform regular health checks on processes, services, networks and storage.
• Maintain configuration and documentation using SharePoint and records practices.
• Collaborate with security and cross‑functional teams on system improvements.
