Job summary

Cyrad Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (TS/SCI) on-site in the Northern Virginia area for critical government-related infrastructure. The role spans Kubernetes, Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and automation, with ownership from architecture through day-to-day operations.

Candidates should demonstrate depth across multiple infrastructure domains and the ability to operate across the full stack in high-security environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SRE, systems engineering, infrastructure, or related experience.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and Linux.
• Strong Python, scripting, and infrastructure automation skills.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Security fundamentals and reliable production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate highly reliable, scalable infrastructure for mission-critical workloads.
• Own complex systems end-to-end from architecture to production operation.
• Build tooling and automation across infrastructure and production environments.
• Work hands-on across Kubernetes, Linux, cloud platforms, networking, and security.
• Solve difficult reliability and performance problems while avoiding narrow lanes.
• Maintain a security-first posture in a tightly coupled security and reliability environment.
