Wyetech, LLC seeks an A&R Training Developer with strong SIGINT expertise to craft and enhance training programs for the Intelligence Community. You will document needs, source content from classified/unclassified domains, and build materials involving transcription, translation, and analysis using Audacity and Adobe tools.

The role requires current TS/SCI + Poly, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and extensive ISD/Instructional design background.

Formación

• Requires current TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or nine years of related experience in education, instructional design, or intelligence.
• At least one year of instructional systems design experience using web-based or distance learning tech.
• Nine+ years of intelligence/community experience with SIGINT and ISD-driven training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Clarify customer training requirements and objectives.
• Source content from classified and unclassified domains for training.
• Develop materials including transcription, translation, and analysis.
• Design assessments to measure learning outcomes and mastery.
• Collaborate with instructors, stakeholders, and contractors to align training with goals.
