Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking a SIGINT Equipment Trainer to educate military personnel and analysts on SIGINT operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role focuses on hands-on training, materials development, and proficiency assessment of trainees.

The position requires active Army Military Intelligence experience, ABIC or equivalent, and the ability to develop effective SIGINT training programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (e.g., NGA College, NSA ADET).
• Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the SIGINT Equipment Trainer position.
• Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and related to the labor category with some of it in the last 2 years.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
• Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
• Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of SIGINT.
• Develop and revise SIGINT TSPs and familiarization and sustainment training, including individual to collective training materials and scenarios.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
