Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Schedulers for SETA positions to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that align program activities, milestones, resources, dependencies, and technical objectives. This role supports complex, mission-focused programs and requires clear communication with both technical and leadership audiences.

Applicants should hold a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and have hands-on experience with MS Project and Primavera, along with a track record supporting government

Qualifications

• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for defense programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project; Primavera experience valued.
• Experience with government customer programs and scheduling tools (FACTS, CMIS, JIRA).
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed IMS for programs at multiple stages.
• Integrate multiple schedules into a Master Program or Project Schedule.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers, and stakeholders for updates and status.
