Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks a detail-oriented Security and Travel Support professional to perform complex administrative and travel support duties for the CNSP Division and program offices. The role requires US Citizenship and an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) with SAP eligibility clearance.

The position offers a starting salary of $85,000 per year, with pay commensurate to experience. Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other benefits as available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required in business administration or a related security field.
• At least 5 years of experience administering SCI & SAP security and travel support programs.
• Strong knowledge of travel planning tools and security best practices.
• Familiar with security directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines for duty.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Support AMIC Advance Program Office customers and security officials to ensure missions are accomplished.
• Provide OCONUS travel support for AMIC personnel and coordinate travel with government/industry partners.
• Process passports and visa paperwork for travelers and manage travel documents.
• Coordinate deployment training and ensure SCI/SAP security requirements are met for travel.
• Maintain awareness of OCONUS travel requirements and communicate changes to personnel.
• Prepare and manage security-related letters, LOAs, and authorization packages.
