Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions seeks a Security Engineer Architect Lead to guide cloud and on-prem security across multiple Task Orders under the DOMEX Technology Platform, in a mission-focused, collaborative team. The role centers on RMF/ATO, security policy development, and cross-functional leadership.

Most work is on-site in Bethesda, MD with some remote tasks as required. A strong TS/SCI clearance with polygraph ability is essential, along with DoD RMF+ experience and IaS/SAFe collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher with extensive relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain a polygraph.
• DoD 8570-M IASAE Level II certification (CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CSSLP, or CASP+ CE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight of DTP Security Team across multiple Task Orders.
• Lead security engineering initiatives for RMF/ATO processes.
• Provide guidance on OS hardening per DISA STIGs and NIST.
