Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• 7+ years of Windows/.NET or UNIX makefile development.
• 6+ years with CNO tools and techniques, 5+ years for US Government.
• 4+ years in network sockets programming with IP/TCP knowledge.
• Expert Unix/Windows low-level internals.

Responsibilities

• Lead software design and development of tools and end-to-end data flow.
• Provide/author documentation and participate in design, code and software readiness reviews.
• Prepare and present technical materials and presentations.
